【本報訊】網路上減肥方法琳瑯滿目，只要在搜尋引擎打上「瘦小腹」，不外乎是一些收縮腹肌等運動的方法。另外有許多網友建議「不要吃太飽」，以免胃部被撐大。邱正宏醫師表示：「小腹會凸是內臟脂肪或宿便太多，並非胃被撐大。」
簡單來說，抬大腿能運動到大腿肌肉，把大腿抬到半空中，停留一會兒，此種方法稱為等距運動〈isometric〉；抬起、放下再抬起，叫做等張運動〈isotonic〉。不管仰臥起坐或抬大腿等運動，主要效果是鍛鍊肌肉。健美先生的肌肉是怎麼練的？其實肌肉經過鍛練就會緊實，反覆做同一種運動，且是同一段訓練時間內反覆做某塊肌肉的運動，肌肉就會變得結實粗壯。

Latest version of SAS® Fraud Framework for Insurance improves investigations, saves time
HONG KONG (May 2, 2012) – Insurance fraud is escalating – up 19 percent since 2009, says the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB). To detect more fraud, reduce false positives and improve investigator efficiency, insurers now have the latest version of SAS Fraud Framework for Insurance, from the leader in business analytics software and services. 許多人對牙齒的顏色有一些迷思，認為刷牙可以清除長期累積在牙齒的黃垢，華仁牙科梁智傑醫師表示，刷牙主要是為了維持牙齒的健康，避免牙齒受到牙菌斑的破壞，並保持口腔衛生。導致牙齒變黃的原因不僅是齒垢問題，最主要的原因則是平時的飲食習慣，使色素殘留加速，這並非刷牙是就能解決。
【本報訊】隨著國人對口腔保健的重視越來越強，台灣也逐漸邁入高齡化社會，牙齒全口重建以及植牙的需求更甚以往，而攸關手術成敗的因素之一「牙科人工植體」成為研發的重點！植牙技術在近一、二十年普遍於台，以台灣市場而言，每年約有250,000顆產值，但人工植體市場主要仍由以歐美國家為主的國際大品牌所把持。近兩年，台灣開始推出自有品牌的植體，但台灣若要打進現有供應鏈，必備的條件是先製造出優良的產品再加上充沛的行銷資源才能在市場中競爭。
台北市牙科植體學會理事黃怡豪醫師說，目前的植牙成功率依照多個醫學中心及文獻資料顯示，經過嚴謹正規的治療程序，植牙的成功率已可以高達95%-97%，但此成功數據並不表示一般市面上的植牙成功率。
